  • EP key amendment 18:
  •      “Consultative Commission” means;  a Policy Advisory Board, appointed on a geographically balanced basis, due regard being given to experience in the field.  Members of the Board shall draw representation from consumer/user groups, industry including small and medium-sized businesses, trade unions and professional associations, Internet service providers, intellectual property rightholders and public authorities, including the democratically elected representatives of the peoples of Europe.
